Customer Experience Specialist Required!
Join a dynamic and growing team at a leading repair group. Bringing Independent Bodyshops together, with a track record of excellence and customer satisfaction, the repair group are seeking a experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join their team.
As the Customer Experience Agent, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, organisational skills, and attention to detail. You will be acting as a liaison between the customers and the Bodyshop repair team.
As the Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
* Contacting customers within the SLA to introduce and thoroughly explain the repair processes but addressing any concerns, and providing regular updates throughout
* Gathering detailed damage descriptions and assess vehicle damage using images to prepare estimates for VDA
* Scheduled repairs promptly and arranging booking dates and, when necessary, provide courtesy cars. Ensuring to relay feedback of completion dates to customers, managing expectations before repairs begin
* Providing a high level of satisfaction throughout the repair process
* Maintaining accurate records of customers interactions, repair estimates, and invoices in the management systems
As the Customer Experience Agent, you will have:
* Previous experience as a Customer Experience Specialist / Similar role (Essential)
* Strong communication skills, administrative skills, diary management
* Have a passion for customer service and an orientated approach
