Job Description
Reports to: VP Emerging Workflows and Market Expansion (M&A)
What you get to do in this job:
Develop and own the sales point of view on where ServiceNow should target inorganic growth
Develop a framework for exploring options for growth (franchise, partnerships, acquisitions, co-created solutions)
Assess opportunities in concert with the Corporate M&A team
Develop a PMI playbook for ServiceNow and support successful integration and value realization
Co-ordinate closely with senior stakeholders in sales, the BUs, Finance and across the business to build new business opportunities for ServiceNow
Be a member of extended LT for Corporate M&A, and bring the sales lens into discussions on the M&A roadmap
