Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage daily activities of CNC Machinist and Setup Technicians, as well as Welders.
Review all new jobs.
Provide required information to the Project Managers for quoting process.
Provide general support to production supervisors and team as needed.
Manage the tooling inventory and budget for the Machine Shop.
Ensure production, safety, and quality procedures are being followed.
Assess, train, and coach to improve department's overall performance.
Coordinate process flow with other departments.
