Duration: at least 6 months from September 2024What you'll be doing
- Design and install well-functioning computer networks, connections, and cabling.
- Troubleshoot system failures and identify bottlenecks to ensure long-term network efficiency.
- Inspect LAN infrastructure and address minor or major issues.
- Test and configure software, as well as maintain and repair hardware and peripheral devices.
- Evaluate network performance and propose improvements.
- Organize upgrades and maintenance without disrupting ongoing work.
- Perform regular data backups to protect organizational information.
- Provide technical guidance to colleagues on computer and network usage.
- Proven experience as a network technician or in a relevant position.
- Outstanding diagnostic, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and network technologies.
- Hands-on experience with common software and hardware.
- CCENT/CCNA qualifications are strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a relevant field.
