We are recruiting a full-time personal assistant. The role involves personal assistance and caring for a visually impaired executive director where necessary - currently based in Cyprus. The role is suitable for a person who is comfortable with experiencing new challenges and leading business development.
Main Responsibilities
· Execute and manage a daily task list.
· Provide administrtaive support as necessary including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research and creating reports.
· Identify new opportunities for business growth, and design and implements new systems.
· Assist and coordinating all travel requirements: from packing, transportation, check-in etc.
· Accompany to various establishments (restaurants, shops, lawyer office, offices, etc)
· Maintain records of what is discussed in meetings

· Strong organizational and analytical skills
· Excellent computer literacy (using a pc/Mac, calendar, zoom etc)
· Excellent knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written
· Have a valid passport
· Holder of a valid driving license
