French/Dutch/German Customer Support Agents - iGaming

This position is for agents that speak one of the above languages, or even better two of them. Shifts are from Monday to Friday rotating every week between:
Morning: 09:00 – 18:00
Middle: 13:00 - 22:00
Night: 18:00 – 03:00 (Soon to become 16:00 – 01:00)
*One hour break included in the timetable

 

Responsibilities:

·       Communication with customers through live chat and e-mails.

·       Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers.

·       Acknowledge and resolve customers’ issues and queries.

·       Keeping up to date with products terms, offers and functions.

·       Report and escalate advanced customer queries to the relevant departments.

·       Perform first-step investigations on queries and issues.

·       3 shift based role (Monday-Friday).

Requirements:

·       Previous experience in online customer support is a must

·       Proficiency in both written and verbal English, with excellent language skills.

·       Proficiency in both written and verbal French and/or German and/or Dutch, with excellent language skills.

·       Strong communication abilities, enabling effective interaction and collaboration.

·       Solid computer literacy and adept typing skills.

·       Ability to perform effectively within a multitasking work environment.
