QA Lead

QA Lead – Data Centres – Frankfurt

Our client is a €2bn turnover, Tier:1 main contractor operating across the UK, Ireland & Europe. They undertake major, complex schemes with a particular emphasis on Data Centres, Pharmaceutical and Life Science projects

Due to continued growth in the region of their Data Centre projects division, our client is now seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and Implement QA Processes
Establish and maintain comprehensive quality assurance processes for all stages of the data centre project, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.

* Oversee Quality Control Inspections
Lead regular inspections and audits of construction activities, materials, and workmanship to ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety standards.

* Coordinate with Project Teams
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality standards are understood, maintained, and integrated throughout the project lifecycle.

* Manage Non-Conformance & Corrective Actions
Identify any non-conformities or quality issues, take corrective actions, and ensure that effective solutions are implemented to maintain project quality standards.

* Quality Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of all quality assurance activities, inspections, test results, and non-conformances, providing regular progress reports to senior management.

* Training & Development
Provide ongoing quality assurance training to team members and contractors, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the project.

Requirements

* The ideal candidate will have a minimum 8 plus years’ experience in a similar role.

* Previous experience in Construction Operations.

* Professional qualification in QA/QC or equivalent discipline.

* Travel will be required for this position.

Benefits

Up to €85,000 per annum

Additional €28,000 EU Allowance
