365 People are hiring an experienced Production Supervisor for a client based in the pharmaceuticle manufacturing industry. This is a great opportuntiy for someone who wants to progress in their career.
Key responsibilities:
* Managing team
* Ensuring orders are made to high quality standard
* Creating and updating SOP
* Writing up production plan
* Daily planning and stock
* Planning materials from head office to us
* Working closely with IT to ensure systems are all functioning
* Packing and processing orders
* Responsible for health and safety of yourself and the team
* Managing stock rotation
* Quality documents will need to be completed and uploaded.
* Printing all the relevant documents and barcodes, as assigned by IT
* Inventory management
* Managing quality documentations
* Managing day to day jobs
* Must be computer literate, must have experience of working fast-paced environment
* Ability to multi desk and cross functional tasks
* Confident to hold teams meeting with different level state holders
* Daily cleaning as required
* Opening and closing site responsibilities.
* Must be willing to do any tasks to ensure orders are going out.
Requirements:
* Experience in warehouse/production
* Experience in stock movement
* Ideally worked in packing companies
* Must have outstanding communication skills and be computer literate.
* Must be flexible, to work around orders.
The ideal candidate will have:

* Responsibility to open and close
Hourly rate: £15.00 - £16.00 p/h
Tuesday to Friday
8.30-5 (1 hour unpaid break)
Saturday
9.30-6
This will be a 37.5 hour paid week
(First 3 weeks it will be Monday to Friday 8.30-5pm)
This will be temporary to permanent position.
