The Vice President of Marketing will play a vital part in supporting regional leaders with marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include providing the vision and leadership in nurturing and crafting the company's brand messaging, marketing communication, relationship development, and referral strategies.  You will manage a marketing team designed to deliver marketing solutions to our regional dental practices.
In this role, you will be a key member of the Marketing team responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of the company's marketing initiatives.  The position will be located here at our home support office in Phoenix, AZ.
 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Lead a Marketing Manager and collaborate with the Digital Marketing team members.
Responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy, including brand positioning, messaging, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Drive comprehensive and measurable strategies across multiple local dental brands partnering with Operations and Partner Doctors.
Drive the strategy development, planning, and execution of brand marketing, marketing communications, and direct marketing.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s market(s), market segments, competitive landscape, and competitive positioning.
Work collaboratively with senior leadership in organizational strategic planning, preparing frequent updates, including market analyses, market intelligence, and up-to-date research findings.
Oversee the creation and implementation of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to track performance and ROI.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, Master's preferred.
7-10 years of experience as a marketing leader in a healthcare environment, healthcare experience is highly preferred.
Drive team performance and cultivate a high-performance culture.
Proven success in developing and executing strategies that will increase company market share and ROI.
The ideal candidate will be interested in working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and fun organization and enjoy tackling the complex challenges associated with attaining acceptance of an emerging service provider model.
A contemporary strategic marketer with demonstrated tangible successes, who has strong business acumen and change management leadership skills.
Proven experience working with and advising executive leaders on business opportunities and issues.
Successful track record of using data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making combined with creativity and innovative thinking. Has been responsible for the development and implementation of marketing reporting framework specifically designed to measure effectiveness and return on investment.
Possesses strong collaboration and teamwork skills and can gain and develop strong relationships across the organization. Ability to challenge the status quo and lead to new thinking about the brand, customer experience, and marketing programs.
Displays a high degree of organizational agility - the ability to manage large-scale change programs, the comfort to influence without always having direct control, and the savvy to navigate complex situations with multiple stakeholders.
