Job Description:As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our quality management systems to deliver exceptional products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Quality Management System (QMS) Oversight: Develop, implement, and maintain a robust QMS to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Quality Control Processes: Establish and oversee quality control processes to monitor product/service quality throughout the entire lifecycle, from development to delivery.
Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce defects, and enhance overall quality and customer satisfaction.
Quality Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits and inspections to evaluate compliance with quality standards and specifications, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality requirements, evaluate supplier performance, and address quality issues to ensure the highest standards of raw materials and components.
Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Customer Feedback and Resolution: Monitor customer feedback and complaints, investigate root causes of quality issues, and implement effective solutions to address customer concerns and improve overall satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) preferred.
4 years of progressive experience in quality management roles within [industry].
Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Proven track record of implementing and maintaining effective quality management systems and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience with quality management software systems is a plus.
