Supply Chain System Administrator

As the Systems Administrator (Warehouse/Distribution Management System), you will have the exciting opportunity to lead a team of highly skilled professionals. You will oversee large, complex operational or production teams and ensure the smooth running of our warehouse and distribution systems.
This role, known as Manager 2, is critical to our organization's success. Your responsibilities will vary based on the business needs, including factors like complexity, budget, and number of direct reports. You will also be involved in high-visibility projects that play a crucial role in our operations.
We are currently embarking on an important journey towards our Consolidated Service Center (CSC) go-live date. As the leader of the Supply Chain information systems team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Demand Planning and Forecasting modules. This will involve coordinating the implementation process, which starts in April and concludes with the go-live in early 2025. Prior experience with a Warehouse/Distribution Management System would be advantageous.
In addition, you will lead cross-functional teams aimed at optimizing workflow within the CSC and other departments. Your role will be crucial in meeting our go-live operating metric thresholds and ensuring continuous performance improvement post go-live.
Collaboration with the health system's financial leadership will also be part of your responsibilities. This includes coordinating with them on matters such as general ledger accruals, order-to-cash customer transactions, and procure-to-pay vendor transactions.
