Responsibilities
Welcome and seat guests in a courteous and prompt manner
Take and process food and drink orders accurately and promptly
Deliver food and beverages to tables in a professional and efficient manner
Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
Answer inquiries and provide recommendations about menu items
Handle guest concerns and complaints diplomatically and promptly
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and perform side work duties as assigned
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
Prior experience as a Restaurant Server or similar role in a dining establishment
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a memorable dining experience for guests
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures
Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash
Flexibility in schedule, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Attention to detail and ability to handle guest concerns professionally
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Shifts: Wednesday August 21st, 4:30pm - 10:30pm.
Friday August 23rd, 4:30pm - 10:30pm
