INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT MANAGER JOB IN DALLAS, TX
A growing architecture and design firm in Dallas, TX, is hiring for an Interior Design Project Manager Job. This role centers on spearheading hospitality and commercial projects in the area. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $115,000, along with attractive benefits and ample room for career advancement.

Its extensive portfolio encompasses a wide array of project types, ranging from hospitality and commercial interiors to multifamily residences, mixed-use developments, senior living communities, educational facilities, retail spaces, and beyond.
Backed by a diverse team exceeding 100 professionals across multiple locations, the firm is poised for further growth and expansion. Currently, they are on the lookout to enhance their Dallas team by appointing an Interior Design Project Manager. In this role, the selected candidate will oversee the coordination of all project aspects, both administrative and technical, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Collaborate with stakeholders throughout project phases, ensuring alignment with client and firm objectives
* Provide leadership to project teams, delegating tasks and fostering a collaborative work environment
* Assist in proposal preparation, contract review, and business development efforts
* Develop project work plans, and oversee architectural aspects from conception to construction administration
* Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to budgets and schedules
* Manage quality control processes and participate in client meetings and documentation
* Ensure adherence to quality control and assurance programs throughout project lifecycles
* Review construction cost estimates and schedules, conduct site visits, and assist with submittal reviews.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Degree qualified in Architecture, or similar
* Architecture licensure required, NCIDQ certified preferred
* Experience with construction administration
* CSI, LEED, or WELL accreditations are desirable
* Proficient in Bluebeam, MS Office, Deltek Vision, and Revit/BIM360
* Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe CC, Enscape, MS Project, and Sketchup preferred.
