Calling all pond and water garden enthusiasts! Do you fancy the idea of working with your passion?
With our business constantly growing, we have an opportunity to join our friendly, professional, pond service business within our small works and maintenance team, helping with servicing our clients ponds. We service any pond or water feature from smaller water gardens through to large specialist Koi ponds and ornamental fountain displays.
Pond Maintenance Engineer will require:
* A love of the outdoors, as we work outside all year round.
* A full driving license (we provide vans and everything needed!)
* A love of fishkeeping/pond keeping.
* A ‘can do’ attitude, and work with ‘attention to detail’ and a quality mindset with everything you do.
* A happy, customer facing personality to interact with our great clients.
We will show you everything you need to know, but you will also enjoy problem solving, as with anything in pond keeping there are always challenges to overcome! You will need to be comfortable with working on your own a lot of the time, driving between our clients throughout London and the home counties (Surrey/Sussex/Kent/Essex etc), and also love working outside in all weathers – we don’t stop! An interest in fishkeeping/Pond keeping is an absolute must, and we will check this.

We have our fleet of quality, sign written vans for business use, and provide all the tools needed for this role, including uniform, clothing and the other little necessities (credit and fuel card, mobile phone etc) to ensure we all have everything needed to carry out our work. Our aim is to always offer a friendly, efficient service and ensure our clients and their ponds are happy!
As mentioned, you absolutely must have:
* An interest in fish and pond keeping
* A full UK driving license and a willingness to continuously learn and develop.
We also look for team members who have a friendly, people focussed personality, a positive 'can do/will do' approach as well as a logical, problem solving mindset for all the little challenges that pond keeping throws up! Good communication skills are essential with both clients and our team, as well as the ability to competently use a smart phone (we operate using phone based software).
Our offices are based in Bletchingley, Surrey, but the role will be mobile, travelling between our clients.
