Imports Administrator - Nottingham or Mansfield - upto £30,000pa DOE
Chase & Holland are proud to be working with a leading International business who are recruiting an Imports Administrator to be based at either their Mansfield or Nottingham site. This is an important position within the business and is integral to the success of their supply chain function.
As the post holder, you will support the import customs clearance processing for the business, and you will ensure the smooth delivery of products across the EMEA region.
Imports Administrator Responsibilities:
Receive and process UK & EU Customs clearance documentation
Validate & file clearance paperwork
To support in streamlining the export compliance process and assist on audits
Obtain freight quotes
Provide import/export solution options for internal and external customers
Coordinate customs clearance instructions to customs brokers
Monthly KPI carrier reportingKey Requirements and Preferences:
At least 2 years’ experience within a Logistics function
Good communication skills
Strong MS Excel skills
Good attention to detail
Be highly organised and work in a fast-paced environmentHours of work – flexible
