Excellent opportunity for an Injection Moulding Technician to join a renowned business who offer on-the-job training towards relevant qualifications and progression opportunities.

With regular internal and external training available, the company is looking bring on a technician who will be supported as they progress as a technical expert in the field and gain relevant industry qualifications such as IMT.

This company is a specialist in plastic injection moulding and are well-established within the industry. Due to regular growth and increasing demand, the business is looking to expand its close-knit engineering team. Fantastic training opportunities are on offer, along with progression as an industry expert.

This role entails ensuring the production process runs as efficiently as possible, from the setting of the machine to process control. Further responsibilities include actively looking to minimize waste, and adhering to health and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience as an Injection Moulding Technician/Setter, and must be willing to work rotating shifts, including night shifts. Those with varying levels of injection moulding experience are encouraged to apply.

The Role:

Machine Setting
Process Control
Liaising with Quality team and Production Manager
Maintenance of to injection moulding machines
Shift Pattern, Monday to Friday (5:45am-2pm/1:45pm-10pm/9:45pm-6am)

The Person:

Experience of injection moulding machine maintenance
Able to work rotating shifts
PTIC IMT2 (desirable but not essential)
HNC/D in a relevant field (desirable but not essential)
