Duration - Temporary for 12 weeks with a view of going permanent

Location - Lincoln and surrounding areas

Rate of pay: £17 per hour including a company van and all tools required

Sellick Partnership Ltd are recruiting on behalf of a Public Sector client, for an experienced Plumber to join their team on a contracted or permanent basis

Responsibilities of the Plumber include:

Completing work on void and tenanted properties
Completing minor adaptations
Fitting Kitchens and bathroom suites
Ensuring adherence to health and safety as well as safeguarding procedures
Collecting and ordering van stock
Carry out secondary building maintenance skills such as joinery and plastering, alongside wider maintenance activitiesEssential criteria of the Multi Skilled Plumber:

Possess NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing (Preferred)
Happy to undergo a DBS check
