About the company

Our client is a global marketing agency. They are looking for a Cloud Engineer to join their team based at their site in London on a permanent, full-time basis. Our technology team provides both IT services to the business and web hosting services for marketing campaigns. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a fast paced and vibrant IT environment. Our client is looking for someone who has a passion for IT and supporting others.

Your technical responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Implementing and supporting Azure and Office365 services
Maintaining identity services using AAD as an SSO solution
Automation and Platform Support for in-house cloud services
Maintaining a high degree of customer service when responding to support issues.
Monitoring services to provide high availability
Automating operational Tasks
Optimising cloud resources to maximize cost-benefit
Responding to support requirements of Developers and Technical Operations
Partaking in out-of-hours support rota

Candidate Requirements

Essential Skills and personal qualities
Recent graduate
Microsoft certification
2-3 years relevant experience
