The Role:
Develop electrical schematics, layouts, and specifications for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure regulatory compliance, implementing mitigation measures to guarantee occupant safety and adherence to standards.
Oversee the commissioning process, ensuring proper installation, calibration, and testing of building services systems to meet design specifications and performance expectations.
Develop maintenance plans, including routine inspections, preventive maintenance tasks, and emergency response procedures, to uphold long-term reliability, efficiency, and safety of building operations. The Person:
