Gas Supervisor/Manager

Gas Supervisor/Manager - Liverpool/North west
We are working with a forward thinking and innovative Energy & domestic refurbishment business who are looking for a Gas Supervisor to oversee the Heating engineer for the business.
The role would include Gas boiler replacements, external and internal wall insulation, underfloor insulation, loft insulation, cavity wall solutions, solar panels, and air source heat pumps.
You will be responsible for the overall management of our Gas/Heating installation teams and supporting administration staff, in delivering Gas/Heating works for numerous client groups in an efficient and effective manner. You will have Experience in all aspects of Domestic heating installations in occupied properties.
Role/Duties/Responsibilities
* Manage and monitor a team of gas engineers/contractors & office staff on the Heating Department, on installation programmes (not gas servicing) Gas Central Heating, Gas Boilers & Conversions and Air Source Heat Pump installations.
* Ensure all Health & Safety policies and gas procedures are followed.
* Monitor KPIs
* Assist with recruitment, inductions and the onboarding of new engineers.
* Deliver excellent customer service and build positive working relationship with clients and engineers.
* Act as a first point of call for the team of engineers.
* Complete audits on engineers in the field.
* Attend client meetings and training.
Requirements:
* Valid UK driving license.
* Willingness to learn and educate on new technologies such as Air Source & Ground Source Heat Pumps
* NVQ 3 qualified in Heating/Gas/Plumbing
* ACS qualifications.
* Health & Safety Training i.e. SSSTS/SMSTS
* Experienced using Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word & Excel.
* Must be driven for success.
* Self-Motivated
* Outstanding communication skills.
* Can demonstrate people management skills.
