My client is looking to expand their Cost Management Consultancy by obtaining experienced Quantity Surveyors to join their business in Manchester. They work on pre and post-contract services across a diverse portfolio looking at projects within the Residential, Healthcare, Education and Commercial sectors.

The ideal candidates should possess skills and experience in the following areas:

Qualified or working towards MRICS with a relevant degree or minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
Professional background in a consultancy setting.
Previous experience in healthcare and/or education projects would be advantageous.
Familiarity with cost management and quantity surveying duties, including proficiency with NEC and JCT contract forms.
Competence in managing projects from inception to completion.
Willingness to participate in design team and site progress meetings as needed.
Proficiency in preparing detailed cost estimates and tender documents.
Experience in developing cashflow forecasts and financial reports.
Ability to verify valuations accurately.
