Based in Manchester City Centre our Fin-tech Business has received multi-million pound investment and will be growing massively over the coming 12 months and we are looking for a Quality Assurance / QA specialist to join the Manchester team in this exciting chapter of our growth

The role of Quality Assurance / QA is a stand alone position and you be the eyes and ears of the Sales team, listening to their calls, feeding back results and most importantly, coaching!
Experience wise for the Quality Assurance / QA we are looking for somebody who has experience in coaching or call listening telephone based staff, ideally in an FCA regulated environment.
