We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Management Accountant, for a permanent opportunity within a £30mil turnover business. The role includes the full spectrum including balance sheet reconciliation to budget setting within a fast-moving organisation.
THE ROLE
The role will also focus on the consolidation and analysis of variances to aid a busy management team alongside the board of directors, producing the monthly management and management information, whilst providing accurate and relevant financial information to aid decision-making.
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for the production of monthly management accounts, forecasts, and cash flow forecast
Balance sheet reconciliations and a thorough understanding of the statement of comprehensive income
Budget setting, monitoring, and reporting with key stakeholders.
Continuous improvement of operational finance systems and processes
Support in the production of year-end accounts.
Leading on Business Partnering activity to key stakeholders
Financial input and support for any projects
THE PERSON
Qualified Accountant - ACCA/CIMA/ACA.
Minimum 2 Years Post Qualification experience
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Stakeholder management
Able to work to regular month end deadlines.
Able drive improvements and exceed on delivery.
High level Excel user
