Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Slough, UK
Salary: £25,000 per annum + 5% commission
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join my clients rapidly expanding business in Slough. With a focus on both B2B and B2C sales, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a sales role, particularly in selling products.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth for our product lines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both business and consumer clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through proactive prospecting efforts.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management.

Travel and Time ManagementRequirements:
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in selling products. (ideally trade)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of our products.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues across departments to achieve sales objectives.
