Chef Manager

Class 1 Personnel are working with a national client to recruit Chef Manager to work in a School based near Reading. This is an opportunity to work with a well-established school, working term time hours.

Main Duties
As well as having an excellent presentation, organisational and communication skills, you will be able to demonstrate a knowledge and proven track record for being able to manage a team with a positive ethos.

While providing great food and demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
You will also be responsible for a service that operates within our education setting.
You will be responsible for leading and setting the example with a hands on and can-do attitude, while liaising site staff.
working with gross profit margins, costs, and sales analysis.

Uniform requirements will be Chef whites and knives, previous experience of working in school kitchens is required.
You will need to have an enhanced DBS with relevant checks to be considered for this role.
Working 35 hrs a week Monday to Friday 08:00 to 14:00. we can offer a salary of £18.00 ph. This role is being offered on an ongoing temp basis.
