Administrative Assistant 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide support on the day-to-day operations to our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills who is comfortable working from home.

This role will be fully remote and will last for 6 months. 

Main Responsibilities:

● Perform administrative and clerical duties to assist the Property Managers Team.

● Answer and direct phone calls, take messages as needed.

● Respond to emails and correspondence in a timely manner.

● Organize and maintain digital files and records.

● Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as needed.

● Prepare and edit documents with both word and excel templates, including but not limited to reports, checklists, agreements, offer letters, proposals and light presentations.

● Assist with basic project management tasks, including research and coordination; quotes inquiries; payments follow ups, write project statements reports; etc.

● Assist with real estate operational tasks, including research, leads calls and listing; inform theteam of any updates and write transaction and other technical reports; etc.

● Daily interact with agents, contractors, tenants and coordinate with the property managers team, ensuring that every property lives up to expectations.

● Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Strong organizational and time management skills.

● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

● Positive can-do-attitude with the eagerness to build strong interpersonal relationships.

● Willing to join immediately.
