Our client is a leading Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation contractor with projects across Ireland, UK, and Mainland Europe. Our client operates across multiple sectors including Data Centre’s, Pharmaceutical, Microelectronics, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Education, and Energy from Waste. They are currently looking for a EHS Manager to join them on projects in the London area.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for -
* Liaising with subcontractors and clients
* Managing a team of HSE professionals
* Managing subcontractors and vendors
* Developing method statements, risk assessments, safe plan of actions, permit to work, LOTO, etc
* Carrying out regular site audits and inspections and following up on any corrective actions
You will need -
* To have relevant third level Certificate qualification in Environmental, Health & Safety
* Over 5 years’ experience in environmental, health and safety on large construction sites with Tier 1 contractors
* NEBOSH certificate level qualification
* Thorough knowledge of current environmental, health and safety legislation
* Data Centre Experience is desirable
