This friendly school in Rochdale are currently seeking a talented Teaching Assistant to join the team, boasting a ‘GOOD’ Ofsted report therefore you will be joining a school where pupils know we expect the very best from them and will be expected to contribute to upholding these standards and the further development of the Early Years curriculum, accommodating both newly qualified and experienced teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons to primary school students.
Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Requirements:

Excellent behaviour management skills.
Passionate about early childhood education and development
Effective communication skills with students, colleagues, and parents.
