I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking an IP Project Manager to join their team
Job Description
As Project Manager, your main responsibilities are:
To support the identification of intellectual property (IP) opportunities, across vehicle, product and brand designs.
Governing the IP identification for offboard, digital, branding, events and collaborations etc.
Design registrations, trademarks and patents.
Ensure that other company's protections are not infringed.
Manage the tight timings required e.g. programme management focus.
Qualifications / Skills required
Industry design knowledge (automotive preferential but not essential)
Legal knowledge of intellectual property requirements i.e. design registrations and trademarks
