Job Title: Visualisation Manager (Realtime)
Reports To: Head of Visualisation
The Visualisation Manager (Realtime) will have a solid understanding of current game engine technology and software with an Unreal Engine bias and capable of transferring and creating usable content using 3DS Max for Construction, fit-out and engineering projects in a virtual environment.
The role is highly varied and thus requires thorough knowledge of many subjects including all stages of pre and post production from conception to final product. Adaptability to change is key, with optioneering part of this role to give the end user the maximum benefit and delivering a high impact product.
You will be familiar in multiple software's, including Unreal engine and 3DS Max, but keep an open mind on new developments and industry leading technology. Working closely with the BIM team it would be an advantage to have experience of importing Revit content and Unity reflect.
Providing support to the Head of Visualisation, you will be working on a wide variety of high-profile projects in both London and worldwide, taking the lead on a project where required.

Tool Creation (Blueprints)
Creation of Marketing Material
Skills & experience
Expert working knowledge and understanding of:
Optimisation for Android devices (e.g. Oculus Quest 2, Galaxy tablet)
Vertex / Texture baking and unwrapping
General industry technology, PC's and high end laptop specifications
Gamified asset creation / optimisation
Texture creation through photoshop, illustrator, substance etc including ORM
GPU lightmass (Luoshuang)
Substance Suite (particularly Painter)
V-ray / offline rendering
Advanced Blueprints / C++
Adobe After Effects / Premiere
Fit Out / Interiors, Construction, structure and exteriors
Minimum 2 years' visualisation experience with game engine technology and softwares
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Able to take ownership and responsibility for the task in hand and to expediate given tasks efficiently within a deadline
Quality focused, excellent attention to detail and ability to work through tender documentation & drawings
Able to manage own time effectively and prioritise workload to achieve objectives
