Job Title: Strategic Events Manager
Location: Crewe, Cheshire
Duration: Contract initially until 31/12/2024 - Possibility of extension
Pay Rate: £34.50 per hour PAYE
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Working Pattern: Hybrid working - 3 days on site

Develop and execute strategic plans for Brand Experiences aligned with the annual marketing plan and launch strategy.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the Regions and Retailers, to gather input and ensure buy-in for event projects.
Lead and manage a flexible cross-functional team to deliver successful events that align with the global brand vision.
Set targets, monitor progress, and ensure global alignment for all event initiatives.
Effectively manage budgets to maximise resources and deliver exceptional experiences.
Support the planning and execution of various events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale showcases.Requirements:
Experience in strategic development and successful programme delivery within a customer-driven environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to meet a range of business objectives.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Previous experience working with agencies in the corporate events arena.
