PERMANENT WAREHOUSE MANAGER – MILTON KEYNES – 40 – 45K
Daily duties are likely to involve:-
* Overseeing the general day to day operation of the site in terms of warehouse
* Overall responsibility for a team of 15 who are on various shifts but also team leaders
* Working to KPI’s and company standards
* Ensuring Health & Safety is adhered to throughout
* Making sure stock is secure, rotational and appropriate paperwork is completed
* Running the necessary reports for senior management
* Attending meetings to discuss the continuous improvements around the warehouse
* Ensuring that there is a training and personal development for each member of staff and a plan is in place
* Monitoring overall productivity for the department
* Being aware of any issues and have a solution
* Be a manager that leads by example and become an integral part of the business
* Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm

* Similar experience to the above
* Experience of working within a small warehouse management position in manufacturing or similar is essential
