We are looking for a corporate and or commercial solicitor to work for a rapidly expanding firm with National and International clients based in Hampshire. They are flexible with their needs, whether you wish to play a key role developing and building business within the department and ultimately your career or you had done that already and want to work in the " engine room" on deal documentation, managing , mentoring the team. The department deals with a broad mix of work including mergers and acquisitions of various size and complexity, corporate restructuring, shareholders' agreements, LLP and partnership matters and commercial contracts including sale of goods and services, IT and IP, and data protection.
