'Lettings Lister' Main Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the lettings process from start to finish, including property appraisals, marketing, and securing tenancy agreements.
Conduct property appraisals and valuations with landlords, providing expert advice on rental prices and market trends.
Create high-quality property listings, utilizing professional photography and compelling descriptions to attract prospective tenants.
Proactively market available properties through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking events.
Conduct viewings with potential tenants, highlighting the key features and benefits of each property.
Negotiate tenancy agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the letting process.
Key Skills and Experience for this 'Lettings Lister' role:
Previous experience in a similar role within the UK real estate or lettings industry is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of the local rental market in Reading and broader UK rental trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and tenants.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A results-driven attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional service to clients.
Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
