My client in Mid Cornwall is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager for a luxury Coastal Hotel.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
* Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
* Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and regulations.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
* Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.
* Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.
* Monitor and analyse financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Implement effective marketing and sales initiatives to attract and retain guests.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitiveness.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
* Proven experience in hotel management roles, with strong leadership skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
* Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, revenue management, and cost control.
* Ability to multitask, prioritise, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
