chef de partie required in cornwall for a Hotel, live in available, all fresh food. This chef de partie role is a 40 hour a week contract with paid overtime. Cornwall is a great area to live and work + a 4 day week.
The role
As chef de partie you will work on one of the section. You will create top quality menu items, prep your fridge and cook inservice. This chef de partie role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
Experience
We are looking for a chef de partie with current experience within hotels or restaurants at either chef de partie level or demi chef de partie level.
