Menzies Distribution has an excellent opportunity for a De-Brief/Warehouse Operative to join our team based in Bristol.

THE DETAILS:

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday / 13:30pm - 22:00pm
Salary: £24,960 per annum
Location: Greensplot, Chittening Estate, Avonmouth, Bristol, BS11 0YB
This role is split through the day half doing De-Briefing and half assisting the parcel sortation team in the warehouse.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Debrief drivers on delivery system & face to face helping to maintain our high standards and communicate instructions/process changes effectively
Sorting parcels to support operational process and relabelling
Sorting parcels manually or operating machinery
General warehouse duties
Loading and unloading
WHAT YOU NEED:

Be a good communicator, have good attention to detail, and be willing to assist in all areas of the business when required
Physically fit to meet the demands of a warehouse environment
Problem-solving skills
Computer literate - Microsoft Excel/Teams/Word
An ability to prioritise and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working to strict deadlines
