Job Description: As a Non-Working Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising construction projects and ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. While this position does not involve hands-on work, it requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. You will be overseeing the work of construction crews, managing schedules, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise construction crews, providing guidance and support as needed

* Ensure that projects are executed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards

* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders

* Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively

* Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment on-site

* Resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during the construction process

* Provide regular updates and reports to upper management on project progress

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in the construction industry

* Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations

* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings

* Proficiency in project management software and tools

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

* Relevant certifications or training in construction management is a plus

* Current DBS MOD

* Current CSCS Card needed
