Role Overview:
Due to the acquisition of new accounts, our client seeks to reinforce the Customer Support team by hiring a Customer Support Coordinator. Collaborating closely with account managers, this role will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless customer experiences and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with customers to address queries and build strong long term relationships.
Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels, coordinating replenishment efforts as needed.
Collaborate with the broader team to source items at competitive prices and within specified lead times.
Generate and deliver regular reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
The person:
Prior experience in customer service or purchasing roles, preferably within retail, manufacturing, or similar sectors.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
Demonstrated aptitude for building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in analytical and IT skills.
