Are you a Junior Land Surveyor looking to take your career to the next level with a consultancy at the forefront of property development, where you will work on a wide variety of projects from start to finish, and where your land surveying experience will enable your rapid progression?

The company is a group of business who are family owned and focus on developing land, refurbishing existing asset and building solar farms. They have been operating for 46 years and are known for their creative flair.

Due to an increasing volume of work, they are looking for a Land Surveyor with strong creative flair to join their development team. Your role will involve researching land that could be developed and opportunities within the groups existing assets. You will be out and about in a company car surveying and talking with potential sellers.

The Role:
* 2 days in office researching potential land development opportunities
* Out and about conducting surveys and talking to potential stakeholders
* Thinking outside the box to develop land
* 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday

The Person:
* A land surveyor with any consultancy experience
* Happy travelling around the UK with occasional overnight stays
