Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Bromsgrove
Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 depending on experience
Hours: Full Time
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
Job Type: Permanent
The Role
* Preparing and following up on quotes
* Acting as first point of contact for clients
* Placing orders for servicing and parts through CRM system
* Updating information for the purpose of preparing quotes
* Assist to working towards deadlines for submitting invoices
* Liaising with customers to ensure billing and purchase orders are correct
Experience Required
* Experience of working in a similar role is essential
* Good Excel skills would be an advantage
* Good attention to detail and accuracy skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Responsive and collaborative
