A well-established Residential Developer, based in the Central Birmingham, are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team.
They have built a strong reputation of undertaking bespoke building projects at all stages from conception, feasibility and planning through to construction and handover.
The successful Senior Project Manager will be joining an organisation founded on the principle of employing the very best people in the industry. All of whom have been responsible for the successful delivery of many high-profile projects in recent years.
About the role:
The successful Senior Project Manager will create, deliver and manage quality project outcomes and lead all aspects of pre and post contract project delivery and technical matters of complex Strategic Land developments through the entire development process; this will involve managing of all aspects of the development cycle through the creation of programme plans and leadership of cross functional programme teams, to deliver high quality developments that align with company values and objectives.
About the requirements:
* The successful Senior Project Manager needs to have extensive experience of managing a range of projects.
* Major scheme experience would be ideal
* Exceptional client facing skills are prerequisite as is the ability to manage projects ranging in value.
* Degree qualified in a relevant discipline and/or Chartership of relevant professional organisation e.g. MICE, MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM etc…
* Experience managing relationships and communications with suppliers and customers.
* High degree of computer literacy, experience of MS Office, MS Excel, MS Project/Asta Powerproject, and relevant software.
* Experience managing contracts for supply and delivery services.

* Up to £60,000
