Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer required. Our client is a well-established manufacturer within the heavy engineering / fabrication industry based in Dudley. Due to continued success, they are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join the close knit maintenance team.

Maintenance Engineer Position Overview

Carrying out installation work on machinery
Assisting with the electrical site maintenance
Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance / repairs to process machinery
Carrying out testing of emergency lighting and alarms
Fault finding on logic controllers
Completing shift report documentation

Maintenance Engineer Position Requirements

City & Guilds 18th edition is advantageous
Proven background within a Maintenance Engineering role with an electrical knowledge
Based in a commutable distance of Dudley
Knowledge of DC drives and inverters is desirable
Good attention to detail
Flexible with hours and shifts, including the occasional Saturday shift

Maintenance Engineer Position Remuneration

Starting Salary £32,000 - £36,000 + overtime.
Current working patterns (Based on 40 hours) below:
Week1: 6am-2pm Mon-Fri
Week 2: 8pm-6am Mon-Thurs
Week 3: 1pm-9pm Mon-Thurs, and 10am-6pm Fri
25 days holiday, plus bank holidays
