Concept Resources are proud to be working with a growing Facilities firm based on the Birmingham Business Park, who are looking for a Scheduler to join their reactive works team. Main tasks will include scheduling for Engineers work using client-specified systems, liaising with engineers on a daily basis, ordering parts, and booking visits with clients. The ideal candidate will have had previous experience in a similar role - preferably in a facilities firm, and will be able to manage their own workload with key organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure efficient resourcing of work orders
* First time fix culture, full mobile and operational control, maximising productivity
* Ensure all Sub-Contractors adhere to our standards, policies, and procedures
* Report any problems/issues to the Line Manager
* Understand and respect the engineers and their role
* Achieve the highest standards of customer service and service delivery
* Understand and meet the objectives of the client
* Support and help control and maintain agreed direct labour to sub-contractor ratios
* Continually improve and monitor engineer performance
* Ensure full compliance with business standards
* Always work as a team player
* Develop excellent relationships with client representatives and consultants
Person Specification:
* This is a fast-paced role, so we require someone with a strong scheduling background
* Accuracy, good administration and telephone skills
* A confident individual who is able to demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills and has the ability to build relationships quickly
* Proactive and a flexible team player who enjoys being challenged
* Possessing a methodical approach to tasks, ensuring attention to detail
* Must have excellent communication and organisation skills
* PC literate - Word & Excel
* Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment
8 hour shift Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am and 6pm on rota, and occasional Saturdays for which you will be paid extra.
