Adecco are currently seeking a Production Operative to join our client's dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to a well-established manufacturing company.
Responsibilities:
Operating machinery, hand tools and equipment to assemble, package, and inspect products according to quality standards
To produce products by following specific measurements and drawings
Follow production instructions and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations
Handle materials and supplies efficiently to support production flow
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain product qualityRequirements:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and independently
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Good communication skills and ability to work well with othersThe successful candidate will be offered a temporary contract for one month initially, but could be extended dependant on workload.
Hourly rate of £12.86PH.
