Customer Service Advisor
Location: Toddington, Gloucestershire (must have driving licence and car)
Hours: Fulltime | Permanent | 8.30 am - 5 pm
Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 per annum

Our client is one of the fastest growing companies in the UK! They are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team on a fulltime permanent basis.

Reporting into the Customer Services Manager, you will provide excellent customer service whilst building new and existing customer relationships.

No experience required – Our client wants to meet candidates with passion, energy, and a drive to succeed!

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor

* Ensure excellent customer service is always provided.

* Resolve customer equerries in a timely manner.

* Escalate customer concerns as required.

* Manage and build customer relationships.

* Communicate customer feedback to the Customer Services Manager.

* Liaise with internal departments to improve quality.

Key Skills of a Customer Service Advisor

* Customer service experience is desirable but not required.

* Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.

* Confident talking on the phone and replying to emails.

* Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

* Drive to succeed and progress.
