We are currently recruiting for a Claims Handler to join our team, working between our Halifax office and home (hybrid working available following the completion of your induction).
Your Role
You will be part of our Motor and Injury claims team, supporting our customers through the process of making a motor insurance claim. We treat our customers as people, not numbers, and you will be at the forefront of this, offering any help, support and guidance they need.
We provide the necessary training, so you will have all the tools at your disposal.
About You
Communication skills are crucial as is having a genuine desire to help our customers. The ability to listen and show empathy is key, you won't be happy unless the customer leaves the call feeling like they've been heard.
Your attitude and approach to customers is more important than your experience. However, a background providing great customer service, showing an ability to build relationships and operate with the customer in mind will put you in a great position to be successful with RSA.
