Orchard Professional Solutions Ltd are working with an experienced company based in the brandesburton area our client are looking for experienced Commerical Controller.
Duties:
* Manage all aspects of accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
* Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
* Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts
* Coordinate and lead the annual audit process
* Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making
* Pricing documents for projects
* Final accounts reconciliation, to be settled within two months of completion of the project
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
* Proven experience as a Controller or similar role
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
* Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, Xero, QuickBooks
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Prior experience in financial project management
* Microsoft office intermediate/advanced
* Ability to understand drawings & building designs
* Commercial experience + Industry knowledge and/or QS experience

* 40-45k salary
