Responsibilities
* Servicing, maintaining, and installing a range of equipment at customers’ sites nationwide.
* Attending customers site in a timely manner to carry out the task assigned and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Respond to customer demand promptly and professionally working autonomously as well as part of a wider team.
* Install new machines and provide full operator training individually and as part of a team.
* Communicate effectively to liaise with, Customers, Engineering / Admin team & Sales team
* Participation in training courses, as and when required.
Required skills:
* Recognised electrical engineering qualification.
* Field engineering experience is essential.
* PLC interrogation experience is essential – Ideally Siemens S7/TIA & OMRON
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a team player.
* Full UK driving license & polite telephone manner.
* Self-Motivation with the ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
* Ability to provide a digital job report on completion of a daily task – good English & Gramar
This post does involve regular travel and overnight stays at occasionally short notice,
as required.
