Our client, a large MEP specialist consultancy are recruiting for a Project Quantity Surveyor to be based in Hampshire to work on MEP building services projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work on a number of interesting and complex projects from MOD and Government / MOJ project to commercial Airports , Nuclear and private / Retail clients . Reporting to the MEP director for the business stream you will work both in the office and visit site as required on MEP building services projects using a combination of NEC or JCT contracts.
The schemes will be a combination or working for main contractors and client side as required dependent on the assignment .
The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will have proven experience working within the Mechanical and Electrical sector in the UK on projects in excess of £ 5 million in Build value.
MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements:
Relevant level qualification essential in Quantity Surveying
Minimum 5+ year's experience post qualification in an on site environment
